Today, had a nice good chat with Nadi. He sure had alot of thoughts that he has been pondering about after the Prom incident.. Well, i wouldn't call it an incident, but.. That's the way it seems to be right now..
I agree with Nadi that we as friends shouldn't quarrel over such trival issues, instead we should consider about what our friendships mean to us and whether we should treasure it! We didn't go just go through all kinds of struggles and problems just to end up stabbing each other in the backs and gossiping mean stuff about one another, that's just so.. not right! I'm especially disappointed at some individuals at the things they have been saying and the way they have been acting, if I've changed, i think they should look at themselves PLEASE first.. and besides, if ure really my true friends you would tell me that in the hope that i would change to be a better person not by YOUR standard, but by a standard that is a good example for those around me and that will impact other ppls lives.. U may call me hypocritical, i wouldn't blame you.. I admit, i've not been the most perfect person in setting a good example to those around me but hey, I'm always learning and trying my best to do so! Is it wrong to take a stand? It certainly is not! I'm an individual and i do have my own point of views and opinions, is it so wrong to stand up for what i believe in? Only if i don't, then do i deserve to be insulted and called a hypocrite!
Regardless of whatever the case is, I still believe that friendships are the most important thing to me, even in the midst of our upcoming O Levels.. Friends stick with you for life and I'll not be the person to close the door to them.. Whatever decisions you make in life, remember that it affects the people around you and people do care! PLEASE! People might say I think too much, i believe that might be a bad thing.. But only if i don't do anything about the issues i consider! I'm taking a stand, what will you do?
9:03 PM endless winter tales of life has ended, for now.
